UK Delivery
We offer either Standard Shipping or Next Day delivery in the UK. Standard delivery costs £4 and next day delivery costs £6.
Standard delivery orders will arrive within 2-4 working days. Your order will be delivered via a tracked service. You will receive a tracking number by email. We will notify you of any delays to standard delivery times.
For our next day delivery service, please select this option at the checkout and order by 2pm to receive next working day delivery (orders placed on Friday before midday will be delivered on Monday, orders delivered after midday on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.) Your order will be delivered via DHL. We will notify you of any delays to your delivery.
We do not currently offer free UK returns. For more information, please read our returns policy.
European Delivery
We offer standard delivery to Europe, ranging between £15 for Western Europe (Belgium, France, Germany, Guernsey, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands) and £20 for Eastern Europe (Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland)
Your order will be delivered within 5-7 working days via a tracked service. You will receive a tracking number by email. We will notify you of any delays to standard delivery times.

US Delivery
We offer standard delivery on all orders to the US. Delivery costs £20.
Your order will be delivered within 5 working days via a tracked service. You will receive a tracking number by email. We will notify you of any delays to standard delivery times.

Rest of the World Delivery
We offer standard delivery on all orders over to the countries listed below. Delivery costs £25.
We currently deliver to Brunei, China, Hong Kong, India, Iran, Islamic Republic Of, Israel, Japan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malaysia, Maldives, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, Turkey, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, French Guiana, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Canada and Mexico.
The estimated delivery time is 7 to 10 days. You will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note, international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.

Taxes & Duties
UK VAT will be applied to orders dispatched within the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands. VAT will also be applied to all other EU destinations. If shipping to a country outside the EU, VAT will be automatically deducted from your order total. If your delivery address is outside of the EU, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. Customs and duties do not apply on US deliveries under $800.
Cancelling an Order
If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us as soon as you can, at customerservice@odysseelifestyle.co.uk. We will try our best to make any changes but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as the order may already have been processed. In such cases, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the standard returns procedures.
If the order has not yet been processed and is subject to cancellation, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to that credit or debit account within 30 days of your order.
